  2. Hi there, I love this photo and there is nothing that rejuvenates me more than being out in nature. In fact, I'm looking forward to seeing the beautiful Ca. coast in a week.

  3. Know what you mean! Tonight, as SB and I were leaving the store, I looked across the parking lot to the beautiful horizon ... all blue and purple and pink clouds behind pine trees with the sunset behind all. I exclaimed, "Look at that sky!" There were three people crossing the parking lot from different directions and they all stopped to look and ... pause. It made me smile!

  6. I'd appreciate winter's beauty a lot more if it wasn't so cold here... Compared to a bit further East, were many people have died from the cold, we are still lucky over here, and I am warm and snug in my flat, but I truly long for spring now.

  8. You are so right, Mary! I am flying to the baking Summer heat of Australia tonight...hard to believe that it's hot somewhere at this time of year. I'll miss the beauty of the cold, though. Have a great week xx

  11. Absolutely! Mother Nature soothes the spirit as well as any good mother mends her child's cuts and bruises.

  13. Winter is beautiful, too, even though we tend to gripe about the bad weather and cold temps. Like your shot of the pine cone and branch. :-)

:-} I like it when I SEE nature, be it a little red berry or a blade of grass. We are so lucky.
