Looks like my comment has not come through :-(I wrote that I wouldn't mind having a slice although I've already had rhubarb cake on Monday, made with rhubarb grown in my parents' garden.
LOL, it did, I just wasn't fast enough publishing comments! Your moms rhubarb cake sounds delicious, have you ever posted it?
I'm always looking for another delicious way to use rhubarb! This looks delicious!!
It is a divine pie! I hope you enjoy it!
You make the prettiest crusts! And, yes, I want a piece!
Thank you Vee! I'll save a slice for you! ;)
You are the queen of pies…yes, I would have enjoyed a slice. :)
ooooh that pie looks soooo good. My mom and I love strawberry rhubarb, and I do like to make pies but figures this was a tough one to taste right.
Hi Karen, yes it was a sacrifice to taste, but I did it for the team! LOL
What a wonderful pie. I've just used the last of my strawberries and rhubarb from the garden, so will have to remember this combination next year.Angela - Garden Tea Cakes and Me
