A Birthday . . .

This little sweetie celebrated her 3rd birthday this week and all she wanted was for her daddy to come back from heaven to play Play-Doh with her for the day.  How I wish he could have.

The big family celebration will be next week!  I can't wait!  I love this little girl so much!

  2. Oh dear ... this has certainly put the loss of my Dad in perspective, Mary. We were so lucky to have him for so many years. My heart goes out to the sweet little girl you love so much! I hope there are many family stories and memories for her to be given over the years, so Daddy stays as real as this memory of Playdoh at the kitchen table is right now! Virtual hug!

  3. How difficult this tragic loss must be for this sweet little girl...fathers and daughters have a special bond...sending birthday wishes and hugs...

  4. My brother was only 4 when my dad died and while we are all adults there is still that space in our hearts that is empty. It will never be the same but many birthday wishes to that sweet little girl.
