Pluot Pie


 Pluot pie (hybrid between a plum and an apricot) is ready for the oven!

Basic pie crust recipe or store bought.

About 3 lbs pluots, washed and quartered.

1/2 cup sugar or up to a cup if you like very sweet pies.

Add a 1/2 teaspoon of the following;

Cinnamon

Add a 1/8 teaspoon of the following;

Ginger, allspice, nutmeg

Bake at 375 for 50 minutes!
